Manage the review cycle

Principle

The review cycle allows to ingest some resources without making them available in users search results until they have been reviewed.

The review cycle is a way to ensure that the content indexed in Nuclia is relevant and accurate before being made available to users.

How to use it

In the Knowledge Box settings, you need to enable the Enable hidden resources option.

Once done, in the Resources list page, the context menu on each resource will let you hide or unhide the resource. An extra column will show the status of the resource: hidden or visible.

Note: In the Knowledge Box settings, you can also enable Hide new resources by default to automatically hide all new resources at creation.

By default, hidden resources are not returned in search results. However, in the Search options, the option Include hidden resources will let you (and only you) see them, so you can review how they impact the quality of the answers.

When you are satisfied with the quality of the hidden resources, you can unhide them, and they will be available in the search results for all users.

Note: The Resources list lets you filter the resources by their status (hidden or visible), and change the status of multiple resources at once.
